1.Carry out OS, software and application software installation and implementation for client projects
2.Software configuration/tuning/script coding according to user and project specification
3.Interact with clients’ project team in understanding user requirement and translate into software settings and codes
4.Architecture design of solution suite which comprised of various suppliers
5.Assist in deployment of omnichannel Customer Experience Software Solution to our clients
6.Prepare documentation according to customer specifications and standards
7.Provide post-implementation support to customers.

1.Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Software engineering or Information Technology or related disciplines
2.2-3 years’working experience in IT field
3.Hands-on experience in administration of Linux, Windows Server including software application modules MySQL, Apache-Tomcat, NGINX
4.Rich knowledge and troubleshooting techniques in IP networking suite from DNS to HTTP, HTTPS, SIP
5.Experience in Java, JavaScript, SQL will be an advantage
6.Self-motivated, responsible, independent and a strong team player
7.Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
8.With less experience or fresh graduate will be consider as Engineer Trainee
